Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market predictions and corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies and disruption threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-tech projects
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Anticipate ethical/regulatory implications of next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
