Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and assess their strategic implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption and ROI
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts to ensure proactive compliance and strategic positioning
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry partnerships and research collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments with demonstrated innovation outcomes
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
