Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN), ensuring optimal connectivity and security protocols.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches across the organization.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the company knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware peripherals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) is a plus.
