Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 innovators
- Drive innovation through scenario planning and technology horizon scanning
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile implementation of future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impact on innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful future-tech products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or Harvard Business Review
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting tech initiatives
