Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess their strategic impact
- Partner with R&D to incubate 3-5 moonshot projects annually with $5M+ budgets
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Drive adoption of emerging tech standards across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
