Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) with 2026 market implications
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Manage innovation initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and market disruption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with executive stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
