Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop patent-worthy solutions for complex industry challenges using cutting-edge frameworks
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimental R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record launching products with exponential growth potential
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation projects
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
