Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026.
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing products and services.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, including feasibility studies and ROI projections.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains a leader in innovation.
- Manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to foster strategic alliances.
- Lead the development of a roadmap for technology adoption and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with executive leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience in the tech industry and familiarity with sustainability initiatives.
