Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable energy) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026 tech landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and partnerships
- Establish KPIs to measure technology strategy effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing innovation budgets and pilot projects
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
