- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial potential by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with $10M+ annual R&D budget
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech solutions into current offerings
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
