Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions

- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with future market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and societal impact

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from lab to market
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology paradigms
- Certification in Ethics for AI or Quantum Governance (preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental technology programs
