Responsibilities

- Analyze market disruptors and competitive tech landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board with data-driven insights
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups for acquisition/partnership
- Monitor regulatory shifts (data privacy, AI governance) and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong understanding of tech market trends and competitive analysis frameworks
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
