Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating next-gen solutions into existing enterprise infrastructure
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation portfolio performance tracking
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting or innovation management
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, or biotech integration
- Certifications in strategic innovation management (e.g., CDIO, TOGAF Enterprise Architecture)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
