Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-focused initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products (>$50M ARR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
- Experience managing global R&D teams and innovation pipelines
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
