Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and client business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct scenario planning for technology adoption across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify strategic investment opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact assessments
- Build partnerships with university research labs and innovation accelerators
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology consulting or corporate R&D with proven strategic impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience building technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
