Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology futures
- Build and manage a global network of technology scouts and innovation partners
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futures planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience scaling global technology initiatives across diverse markets
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
