Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and beyond
- Conduct ongoing research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT, etc.) and their market impact
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing strategic technology projects and ensuring successful adoption
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including the board of directors
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats
- Manage the technology innovation pipeline, from ideation to prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies and their business applications
