Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, market shifts, and societal changes to map 2026's innovation landscape
- Develop actionable future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business planning
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership reports and presentations on 2026's economic and technological paradigm shifts
- Advise on talent strategy to build future-ready capabilities within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating future insights into tangible business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership or recognized contributions to innovation discourse
