- Build cross-functional innovation pods for rapid prototyping of 2026-ready solutions
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and investor relations
- Present future tech forecasts at global forums like Web Summit and CES
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and genetic tech
