Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) with strategic relevance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and design thinking principles
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record architecting scalable digital transformations for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing
- Certified Strategic Professional (CSP) or equivalent advanced strategy credential
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
