Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for IoT, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market vision
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Prior success in securing $1M+ R&D funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
