Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement the core infrastructure for autonomous AI agents and advanced generative models intended for the 2026 market.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term strategic visions into concrete technical milestones and architectural blueprints.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Mentor a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize Scalability: Ensure all systems are built for scale, handling high-throughput data streams with low latency and high availability.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure AI deployment aligns with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Deep Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Programming Proficiency: Mastery of Python, C++, or Rust, with extensive experience using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience designing resilient systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and microservices.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated history of leading complex technical initiatives from concept to production launch.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Masterβs degree or PhD is a strong plus.
