Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG goals
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio of successful tech transformation initiatives
