Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for futuristic technology initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage innovation budget allocation and resource optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futuristic tech domains
- Proven track record implementing AI/ML or quantum computing solutions at scale
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Portfolio of 3+ successful futuristic technology deployments
