Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and sustainability targets

- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with early adopters
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
- Mentor technical teams in strategic thinking and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, whitepapers, or TED Talks)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certified in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APICS, ISBM)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech roadmaps executed between 2018-2024
