Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) and their commercial applications
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech integration across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed insights
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and oversee vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proof technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateX at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations in emerging tech sectors
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI metrics
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and R&D ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
- Presentation experience at major conferences (Web Summit, CES, TED)
