Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic roadmap
- Develop future-focused scenarios and risk assessments for technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Create technology roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethical AI, and human-centric design
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFP)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
