- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision aligned with business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical opportunities into product innovation pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption success and ROI of strategic initiatives
- Represent company at industry forums to shape discourse on future technology standards
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Build competitive intelligence systems to monitor disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for technology adoption curves
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTP+) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy journals
