Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Own the full lifecycle of key accounts, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Retention & Expansion: Develop proactive strategies to reduce churn and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary advocate for the customer, conducting regular check-ins and strategy calls.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and churn metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Sales teams to relay critical customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Training & Enablement: Create and deliver training materials to help clients maximize the value of our software platform.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Sales within the SaaS industry.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Deep expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Immediate Hire candidates preferred).
