Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Forge partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting innovation ecosystems
- Champion agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and experimental technology validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated thought leadership
