Responsibilities
- Lead development of 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible innovation and ethical tech deployment
- Analyze competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future tech viability
- Build cross-functional coalitions to execute technology transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (Web3, AGI, biocomputing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience building tech ecosystems in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementations
