Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (3+ examples)

- Experience with agile development for complex R&D projects
