Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify emerging trends with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct ROI analysis and feasibility studies for next-gen tech investments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and financial modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
