Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging tech (AI/ML, blockchain, neuromorphic computing) into enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite investors and government innovation councils
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with 2026 global standards
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling technology to 100M+ users or equivalent enterprise impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent Tier-1 journals (2020-2023)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM Q or equivalent)
- Experience securing government innovation grants ($5M+)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java/C++)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
