Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech governance
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for disruptive innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Certification in ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity for Road Vehicles) and NIST AI RMF
- Track record of scaling startups to unicorn valuations
