Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) with ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate technology initiatives across product, engineering, and customer experience divisions.
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley's most disruptive startups and research institutions.
- Present technology vision to investors, board members, and industry conferences.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists and technologists.
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on our 2026 strategy.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum, AR/VR).
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy.
- Experience securing $50M+ in technology investments or R&D budgets.
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or strategy.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement.
