Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready technology solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Drive innovation workshops to foster a culture of future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech innovation, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
