Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with long-term market trends
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D acceleration
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
