Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging tech trends and competitive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven decision frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
