Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated tech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions with venture partners
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build ecosystem partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Advise on ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in forecasting tech disruptions and market transformation patterns
