Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with market opportunities
- Oversee digital transformation projects across product, engineering, and operations teams
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Represent company at industry forums and shape future technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in digital transformation at scale
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
