Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions and validating market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to prepare for technological disruptions
- Oversee the creation of intellectual property portfolios protecting future innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology trends (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and implementation
