- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Certification in Quantum Architecture or Sustainable Tech Design
- Experience with government tech policy frameworks (e.g., CHIPS Act)
