Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
