Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech trends
- Develop patent-worthy innovation frameworks for AI/quantum convergence
- Partner with CTO to align R&D investments with strategic objectives
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build cross-functional teams to accelerate prototype-to-production cycles
- Establish ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
