Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on future-proofing our product portfolio
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, IoT, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing buy-in
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
