- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging tech (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Proven track record of executing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and tech governance
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
