Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor technical teams in emerging domains and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI, decentralized systems)
