Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for real-world optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at premier international conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives within the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on quantum algorithms or AI
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Proven track record of translating theoretical models into scalable implementations
- Strong background in cryptography or computational complexity theory
