Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technology trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation, tracking ROI and KPIs
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology deployment and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and securing executive buy-in
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, VCs, research institutions)
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
